5. Concert Tickets

Q: How will I receive my concert tickets?
A: Tickets are delivered via email as e-tickets.

Q: What happens if a concert is postponed or canceled?
A: If a concert is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If it is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Q: Can I refund my tickets?

A: We understand that plans can change. Our 7-Day Ticket Refund Policy allows you to request a refund for your tickets under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility.
    Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. Tickets purchased less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  2. How to Request a Refund?

  3. Processing Time.
    Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  4. Exceptions.
    Refunds are not available within 7 days of the event.
