🎟️ Ticket Refund & Transfer Policy

Because of the intimate size of our concerts (just 100 seats), every ticket really matters.

• All sales are final — tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Tickets are transferable — if you can’t make it, simply forward your e-ticket to a friend (no need to change the name).
• If the concert is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

📦 Physical Products (e.g. CDs, merch)

• Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo—we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund straight away.
